Hi precious,

We are so happy to connect with you and to invite you to a transformative and magical experience.

This Ayahuasca and Music Retreat is for people who want to experience Ayahuasca in a safe setting in which they have the chance to take part in the creation of the ceremony. The days before the ceremony are meant for practice and preparation. We encourage musical participants to bring their instrument(s) and share their music if they feel like it.

Our sessions are therapeutic. We believe in the Divine and in its many faces. The soul, the mind and the body are connected – so are spirituality, mental as well as emotional well-being.

Isabella is the founder of the Colectivo Conectivo. She’s the organizer and host of our magical encounters. She is inspired by art and music, but also by science, medicine and psychology. After her time in the Brazil she came back to Europe and studied Chinese and Western Medicine. She recognized the need for trauma informed therapy and therefor become a student of Gabor Mate, bestselling autor and medical professional from Canada. We continue to rediscover that our therapeutic work is only effective when it allows the person to get into the right relation with themselves. And in the words of the great teacher A. H. Almaas:

“Only when compassion is present will people allow themselves to see the truth.”

With lots of compassion and love she supports you on your personal inquiry to more freedom and peace.

Juan is a musical professional. He studied at the classic music conservatory and later united his musical skills with the deep imprints of his Andean and Amazonian teachers. He is a singer and songwriter. Years traveling the world filled his heart with openness and understanding. With his gentleness and experience he touches hearts and skillfully guides participants through their inner healing journeys for more than 10 years.

In our workshop we focus on 3 pillars. Community, Music and Ayahuasca.

๐Ÿ’ž Community:

We come together in a group of up to 6 people. Working in small groups we can make sure everyone is seen and heard. We share a beautiful chalet on the beach, get to know each other, connect and prepare for our ceremony. Ayahuasca creates community and it also teaches how to be human and coexist with others. The days before the ceremony we have time to build community and trust. We believe this is very important as we hold our ceremony with people we know, not strangers. We strive to provide confidence and safety within the group to share this special experience.

๐ŸŽถ Music:

We sing together to open our hearts for the healing and the psychic insights that come with Ayahuasca. The songs we sing – that you can learn with us – are our favorite medicine songs, collected over many years of singing and drinking together with medicine people around the globe. We create the ceremony together, everyone has a chance to participate. Not one session is the same as another, as we always tune in to the present moment and the people we share the space with. Everybody gets a songbook to work with during these days. Sometimes the effects of the medicine can be overwhelming and can make it a challenge to just hold the book. We know and understand this and respect everyone’s journey. The songs are easy to learn and to repeat. We sing songs in different languages, from different cultures and traditions and choose them from our songbooks right in the moment together with the group we find ourselves in.

For the lovers of science reading this we want to provide some additional information about singing. Singing releases endorphins in the body, it improves immunity and lowers the stress hormone cortisol. Not only does it come with the positivity of social interaction, it also supports and improves mental health in people with depression and anxiety. Group singing induces the production of oxytocin (the bonding hormone). It reduces stress, anxiety and increases feelings of trust and well-being. This way we create an ideal setting to receive the healing coming through Ayahuasca. In the end everything is vibration and this is just an invitation to enter in harmony. Harmony within yourself, with the group, the planet and the whole universe if you want.

Spirituality lives in all things, every experience, every day of our lives is an opportunity to reach our essence. Music, sound and the arts are doors that lead us there.

๐Ÿƒ Ayahuasca (Ceremony):

The third pillar of our workshop is Ayahuasca. Ayahuasca can have powerful supportive effects on peopleโ€™s lives. We drink it in a ritualistic ceremony. We do our prayers, open sacred space and create the ceremony together. Dressed in white or bright comfy clothes we sing and meditate with carefully selected pieces of music followed by long minutes of silence.

Our ritual usually starts around 22:00 and finishes in the early morning hours.

Please note that Ayahuasca is not for everyone. Please reach out to us via mail on hola@colectivoconectivo.com to arrange a screening before you book.

Thank You!
