Sanamúsica - Shamanic Sound Ceremony
With Isabella
Open Dates
The oldest cultures in the East considered that the disease has its roots in an energy imbalance, since the universe vibrates in a constant, each atom, each organ produces a sound due to its movement and rhythm. They vibrate at a certain frequency and as a whole in harmony with the whole body. When the frequency is distorted (usually because of our stress-laden lifestyle, worries and excessive mental activity) harmony breaks down and energy blockages and illness appear. The principles of resonance tell us that it is possible to modify these discordant frequencies, by means of the emission of other frequencies through sound and vibration. In this case through the ancestral instruments and songs used in Sanamúsica.
How is the session: The session begins in a posture of meditation, with breathing exercises to calm the mind and descontract the body, we continue with a harmonization of our energy centers (Chakras) and we go to bed to receive a guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra). Once lying and relaxed, with our eyes covered, we begin to receive the vibration of the sound of instruments such as Didjeridoo, Sattva Drum, Shamanic Drum, Koshi Bell, Kalimba, Native Flutes, Tubular Bells, Tibetan Bowls, Yacapa, and many others.
Here a video to give you an idea about our session:
During the session we will offer Aromatherapy with essential oils and Reiki.
Duration: 60 Minutes
About Gea:
Hi Im Gea from Argentina. I am musician, music producer and Vibrational Therapist with Sound Healing and Plants medicine.
My relationship with music began at a very young age. At 8 years old I took my first steps with the guitar. It was a huge passion, so at the age of 14 I began to study at the conservatory of classical music. During 8 years of deep study of the theory and practice of music, I specialized myself in guitar, piano, and orchestral percussion. At the same time I was already composing and recording my own music.
My bond with the voice began when I was a child, singing popular music and also at the classic music conservatory where I learned the use of the voice and worked with choirs.
My approach radically changed after several master plant rituals, where the use of the voice and music became a tool for expanding consciousness and healing. That’s how I discovered another way of relating to music and sound. After several trips to India, devotional chanting also left a strong imprint on me, experiencing the healing power of circle chanting to the sacred.
I have been researching the relationship between sound, art and healing for several years. I have been deeply touched by the guidance of Amazonian and Andean shamanic teachers, transpersonal psychology, Vipassana meditation and self-inquiry. This has led me to share self-knowledge tools through art and deep meditative practices for the past 10 years.
Spirituality lives in all things, every experience, every day of our lives is an opportunity to reach our essence. Music, sound and the arts are doors that lead us there.
My mission is to share this magic in workshops, retreats, concerts and sessions.
